| You’ll begin using improved body awareness, restored muscle function, and rediscovered health as a guide, to a self empowering journey out of pain! “The range of motion in my shoulder increased immediately!” "My upper back stopped hurting. Thank you!" If your shoulders hurt it’s important to look at the cause and it’s not your torn rotator cuff or any other painful symptom! First, your rotator cuff muscles attach to your scapula (shoulder blade) and your scapula rests on your ribs. So, if you have poor postural alignment with your upper torso it means your shoulder stands little chance of operating correctly. Next, look at your hips. If your hips have any imbalance it will show up in your shoulders. It’s part of the body’s drive for alignment. Your hip rotates one way and the opposing shoulder invariably rotates the other way to maintain the best postural symmetry for the present moment in time. It’s why the P.A.S.T.® Corrective Exercise Program retrains total body postural alignment and more importantly, why it works!
The good news is that you just have to follow the P.A.S.T.® Upper Back & Shoulder Tutorials and allow the wisdom of your body to do the rest!
